The story
Argentina is the starting point. The journey includes kitchens, different cities and building projects.
Argentinian roots. A period of study at UADE between 2005 and 2010.
Professional work in kitchens in Tel Aviv from 2014 to 2018. One of the international chapters in the journey.
The journey continues in Alicante, as head chef at Sotaterra between 2019 and 2020.
Executive chef at Al Gusto and Foxden in London between 2020 and 2022.
Today, the work brings together CEOpify, business and artificial intelligence. The journey continues through building projects and systems.
